Mercy is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Litigation Associate at our Mombasa branch. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She has further augmented her legal training through a specialist course in Data Protection Law at Strathmore University’s Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law and an Advanced Course on ICSID Arbitration and International Investment Law at the University of Cologne, Germany.

Since her admission to the Roll of Advocates, Mercy has built a well-rounded practice spanning civil litigation, commercial law, family law, employment and labour relations law, alternative dispute resolution, intellectual property and data protection law. Her practice is further informed by hands-on exposure at the Mombasa County Attorney’s Office and the National Council for Law Reporting (Kenya Law), where she developed a strong foundation in public law and legislative research.
