Sharifa was integral in founding Soni Law Chambers when the firm started with just a few employees and
has served as a valuable member of the team ever since.

She brings to the firm a wealth of experience and skills ranging from people management, marketing to finance, Debt Collection and Administration.

As the Firm Manager, she ensures the smooth operation of the firm with her robust knowledge of law office management. Sharifa, directly oversees the firm’s administrative, HR, billing matters, legal support
team, firm’s marketing and business development. She is also responsible for the firm’s quality control and
streamlining processes. Leading by example Sharifa sets high standards and helps individuals understand
their strengths and how to enhance their skills, which in turn benefits the entire organization.

Driven by her passion for advocacy, working in the legal arena was inevitable for her. She also heads the
Firm’s Debt Collection Department. She is extremely dedicated to the clients and their needs. She has great attention to detail and is very thorough in the care she provides to every client. Her persistence and individualized attention to both the procedural and substantive aspects of each brief being handled by the firm helps to assure the best results for our clients. Her door is always open to everyone.
