Over the years, Makori has built a solid reputation for his Litigation expertise in the lower Courts, High Court, Court of Appeal, and also the Supreme Court. As an avid litigator, he has developed experience in advising clients on various of the law including but not limited to; Administrative Law, Consumer Law, Commercial Law, Contracts, Property Law, Tax Law and Environmental Law. Besides that, he has successfully taken his clients through various Tribunal hearings including the Tax Disputes Tribunal and National Environment Tribunal.

He has also demonstrated a knack in analysing, solving and tackling legal issues, representing clients in negotiations and litigation where necessary.

Adaptable to the ever changing legal spheres in every day practice occasioned by changes in legislations, he is well known for the accomplishment of resolution of claims in favour of his clients using Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms such as arbitration and mediation.

Using his vast experience in the legal garnered over a period spanning more than a decade, he also provides legal services to the real estate industry, including financing, litigation, transactions, land use, notarial services, leases, sale, conveyancing, and bankruptcy law. He has a wealth of extensive experience in providing practical legal advice and services to contractors, sellers, buyers, real estate planners, investors, brokers, etc.

Additionally, as part of his extensive practice, he has expertise in Labour Law, Business Litigation, Civil litigation, Commercial litigation, Corporate litigation, Mediation, Arbitration, Property law, Succession, Administrative law among others.
