Faith is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate at our Mombasa branch. She brings vast experience garnered from working at Cootow & Associates Advocates and at the Legal Department at Kenya Ports Authority.

She has substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and litigating broad range of legal cases for multiple client types while effectively interpreting laws, rules, regulations and analyzing probable outcomes. In addition, she has vast knowledge, expertise and experience in in handling general Agreements, Agreements for Sale of Property, Loan/Facilities Agreements, Tenancy Agreement, Wills and Licenses; Charges, Mortgages, Chattels Mortgages and Debentures; Transfers, Conveyances, Leases and Surrenders; Intellectual Property, Registration of Trademarks, Registration of Partnerships and Business Names: Incorporation of Companies, Societies and Trusts; Powers of Attorney.
