Cynthia is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Litigation department. She is always eager to take up new legal challenges and offer tailor made solutions. She brings in a wealth of experience in tackling a wide range of litigious and non-litigious matters having worked in commercial, real estate and litigation practice.

Cynthia understands the need for proper client care and continues nurturing and cementing strong relationships with clients while offering tailor made legal solutions in a professional manner. Her expertise includes but is not limited to drafting, reviewing, analyzing of various pleadings and legal representation in a wide range civil and commercial litigation matters. She also advises clients on wealth management upon successfully representing them in probate and administration causes.

Additionally, her expertise in conveyancing law includes undertaking due diligence, preparation and registration of transfers of various interests in property acquisition, long-term and short term lease agreements, preparation and perfection of banking security documents, company incorporation and compliance, incorporation of other legal entities such as partnerships and non-profit organizations such as Trusts and Companies Limited by Guarantee
